This construction erected in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries continuing with the construction tradition of the surrounding buildings of Las Toscas de Romero Street maintains in it the characteristics of the traditional Canarian architecture of masonry walls and roofs to four waters with tile. The house adapts to the rugged topography through the use of two levels that give access to the different floors. The different extensions and interventions suffered in the last century have reconfigured their traditional character.

This construction configured by a main module of two heights and rectangular plan is articulated around a side patio in which different buildings of smaller size are distributed and that housed the dependencies of kitchens and stables. The main module, with a wooden structure roof with four waters and a flat roof covering, shows two entrances one from the inside of the patio that gives access to the upper floor and another located on the side of the street with entrance to the ground floor, this Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.
