This building located between medians and occupying a small plot, erected in the seventeenth century follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the sixteenth century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. |

Traditional building of masonry walls with a rectangular floor plan and a single height, covered with pair and row wooden armor and covered with Arabic tile. Its facade shows two straight lintel openings that house doors with two swinging leaves of wooden boards. The country is finished off by an eave of Arabian tile of a thread. |
