Property built at a crossing of Vay that was built during the 19th century, treated within Los Realejos of one the models of ecological architecture that architecturally renews the predominant mud jar style so far. Renovation promoted by the local bourgeois classes responding to the vision and modern image that was being imposed at that time in the Canary Islands. The facade highlights its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features. The incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property is built on a trapezoidal floor in a single heights with an arrangement of the openings arranged. The property adapts with its shape to the orography of the land and the surrounding streets. In the north lateral façade all the access doors to the different dependencies are located, while in the west and south façade there are the windows and door-windows, doors-windows that originally had a small window that generates a small balcony no viewpoint. The openings are characterized by their slenderness, all made possible by the use of construction systems in structural elements based on reinforced concrete. Superiorly the property is covered with a flat roof, closed in a per meter with a parapet. As a decorative element, a stone cornice that delimits the second floor of the roof area is installed on the facades. The cross of the V to Crucis Agustino, which is located on the facade of Calle La Alh ndiga, is of important patrimonial relevance.

The property stands at a crossroads adapted to the uneven terrain. The main facade is rectangular at a height where the orderly arrangement of the openings is clearly visible. The cover is flat. In the north and south façade, secondary facades, it resembled the adaptation of the property to the unevenness of the land and the shape of the road.
