This property is an example of construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of the farms and although it is in an urban environment it denotes a clear rural character. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch originally. The house dates back to the 18th century, although recent interventions have jeopardized its heritage originality.

As a result of several construction processes throughout its history, the property is divided into several modules, standing out for its architectural characteristics and for its original character in the main module of two floors. The property is built on a rectangular floor to the level of two heights through stone and mud walls. Constructively, the walls allowed you to create a large volume that is internally divided into heights by means of a wooden floor, covering the entirety with a sloping roof with four curved tile waters. The main facade is characterized by the orderly arrangement of its openings in the central axis of the facade. The carpenter is made of wood with frames with geometric relief motifs.

The rest of the attached modules follow the same constructive systems but with the combination of elements typical of the period in which they are made (flat roofs, openings with different dispositions depending on the uses, etc.).

The building composed of two buildings is characterized by simplicity and by the orderly distribution of its openings. The housing module is composed of two floors while the secondary annex module is of a single floor.-Las Mercedes, 2

The carpenter at the door of the secondary module is characterized by a folding leaf with rectangular frames with geometric relief motifs. In the upper part of the door there is a glazed upright that allows the access of light to the interior of the building. The hole is set back with respect to the line of the facade.-Las Mercedes, 2

The window of the secondary module is two folding leaves. Each sheet is divided into three rectangular frames. One in the lower part of wood with geometric decoration in relief, while on the other hand the other two superior ones are glazed. The set is topped with light covers with similar decoration as the outer quarters.-Las Mercedes, 2

The carpentry of the main module consists of a door and a window located in the symbolic center of the facade. The door is made of wood with a folding leaf with rectangular frames with geometric relief decoration. On the other hand, the window is composed of two parts, the wooden sill with two rectangular frames with geometric relief motifs in the robe part and two folding leaves with glazed frames in the upper part. The slope of the inclined roof extends over the line of the façade, generating a curved tile eave on a line of teeth.-Las Mercedes, 2
