Located in the area called Las Ca itas, in an area of old access to the Realejo Alto, the property is a typical land house destined to accommodate the people in charge of attending and managing the farms located in the area. The house occupies a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and common use. No sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the access door and windows to its flanks. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century.

The property is originally developed on a rectangular floor of a height, to which over time new modules open to the existing ravine at the rear are added. It is built by stone and mud walls, on which a gable roof of flat tile is arranged. The facade is rectangular with an orderly arrangement of the openings. Closing the façade superiorly there is a small mason parapet that prevents you from appreciating its sloping roof from the public vap.

The main facade is characterized by being composed of a rectangular or a height. The arrangement of the openings is neat and balanced. Superiorly the facade is finished off with a parapet that does not allow to appreciate its gable roof of flat tile.-Las Cañitas, 19

Lateral perspective of the property where you can see the characteristic shape of the gable roof with the parapet that prevents the view from the public vault. In addition, it can be seen how the property opens with new flat-roofed rooms (with a more modern bill) towards the open space generated by the unevenness of the adjacent ravine.-Las Cañitas, 19

There is a non-original window located at one end of the facade that acquires a square shape. It consists of a double window, that is to say, the set is formed by two folding windows of vertical rectangular frames and on it a glazed upright is made. It is set back with respect to the facade line.-Las Cañitas, 19

The windows as a singular and original element are divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into two quarters decorated with geometric relief motifs. In the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows interior lighting. It has a flat frame without molding.-Las Cañitas, 19

The two-leaf door is of elementary construction, based on two rectangular squares arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. Superiorly there is a glazed upright that allows access to light inside.-Las Cañitas, 19
