This property, which is located on Carretera la Zamora, presents a simple architecture linked to popular eclecticism of the early twentieth century, which forms a heritage unit with the adjoining house. We are faced with a domestic architecture, of a single height above the slope, where, like its contiguous one, due to the topography existing in this area, the house takes advantage of the unevenness to develop two heights in its rear facade, appearing also a rear body of a single plant. The main façade was originally composed of three ordered openings, window-door-window, one of the windows being replaced by a garage door in a few later, being as it is shown today. |
