We are faced with a building located in the San Benito neighborhood on La Trinidad street, which presents a traditional mud jar architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries, originally built as a piece linked to agricultural work, destined for a barn-warehouse n. At present it is transformed into a residential place after a recent integral intervention. |

It is a building of two heights, which has a rectangular plan where the load-bearing walls are arranged in a single creak. The main façade to La Trinidad Street, is composed of two openings aligned in the center of the light, a door on the ground floor, and a window on the top floor, on the right is a portal n that gives way to the property through a walk that runs along the side of the building, where the south facade stands, composed of two windows on the top floor. The roofing system is simple and rudimentary, made by means of a roof with four curved tile roofs, on a pair and row structure, protruding on the facade a simple double row roof eave. |
