LA QUINTA, 2

Due to the slope of the land, the house emerges from a rectangular plant that is hidden in its South façade. This plant is used as a plinth to raise it in its North façade and that housed the allocations related to the exploitation of the farm. In this way the main dependencies of are erected on this forming a U-shaped plant with an inner courtyard open to the North, the lateral crusts are the auxiliary and of a single height on the main slope, while the central crunch is the zone noble of the house reaching two heights above this grade.

The main facade with a strong classical influence in its composition that is solved symmetrically and regulated by opening three openings on the upper floor with sill rails, appearing on the ground floor the three openings corresponding to the projection n of these two that correspond to the lateral wings. All this facade marked by the height of its openings is crowned by a triangular front with a central medallion. Two stone cornices highlight the change of plants as well as sills appear on the flat roofs topped by stone curbs and topping glasses on the four pilasters that mark the composition of the different modules.
