It is an eclectic style building built in the 19th century, characterized by the compositional simplicity and figurative abstraction of the property with a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences built between medians. The incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Erected on a very elongated rectangular plot surface this property is made up to a height of two floors. Its front is very slender and stylized, characterized by the orderly location of its openings, two doors on the ground floor and two window doors on the top floor. The slenderness of the facade in tune with the slenderness of the openings is obtained by using the reinforced concrete as a constructive element. The roof of the property is flat with a parapet that surrounds it in its entire perimeter. Finally, as decorative elements of the property and typical of the style in which it is included, we can highlight the existing wrought iron in the balconies or viewpoints of the openings on the upper floor, the cornices that divide the different plants in height and some small geometric decorations in relief made in cement mortar existing in the parapet.

The property has a very stylized facade with an orderly arrangement of the openings, two per floor. It is erected according to construction systems typical of the ecological style (reinforced concrete) and covered with a flat roof. As significant decorative elements, the wrought iron falcons stand out, the cornices that delimit the façade at heights and some small geometric shapes that protrude over the line of the parapet.-La Punta, 7 y 9

The carpentry upstairs is included in the typology of window doors. It consists of two folding leaves, each with a wooden room and a glazed area with sash windows (one per sheet) with interior lights. Delimiting the access area to the outside as a balcony, a small forged decorative balustrade is placed.-La Punta, 7 y 9

The door is made of two folding leaves composed of two wooden frames with geometric relief decoration. In the upper part there is a glazed upright whose function is not only to give light but to ventilate.-La Punta, 7 y 9

There is another door of greater size corresponding to the garage or stables, but of similar characteristics to the door of access to the house (two folding leaves with decoration na base of rectangular quarters).-La Punta, 7 y 9

Delimiting at the top the completion of the facade and the beginning of the parapet that delimits the flat roof a cornice is placed horizontally. The cornice is made with a decoration based on curves and countercurves. The parapet has a geometric relief decoration made of cement mortar.-La Punta, 7 y 9
