Given the property at the beginning of the 20th century, it stands out for its construction systems and the use of reinforced concrete as a construction material (also used for the creation of decorative elements). The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of an ecologic property, built at a crossroads. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property is built on a trapezoidal floor in two heights with an arrangement of the openings. On the ground floor all the access doors to the different units are located, while on the upper floor there are the window doors with a small balustrade that generates a small or non-viewing balcony. The openings are characterized by their slenderness and the use of escarpment arches in the part of the lintel, all made possible by the use of construction systems in the structural elements based on reinforced concrete. Superiorly the property is covered with a flat roof, closed in a per meter with a parapet. As a decorative element, two cornices that delimit the first of the second floor and second floor of the roof area are installed on the facades.

Situación

The property is located at a street junction, which generates two significant facades. Both facades are square of two height in which it is practiced the orderly opening of the openings, doors on the ground floor and window doors on the upper floor with small balustrade generating a small balcony. The cover is flat.-La Punta, 2

On the ground floor, the window installed in the rectangular bay with an arcane arch is divided into two parts. The main part consists of two foldable sheets of glazed quarters with interior covers of quarters without decoration n. In the upper part there is a glazed upright composed of two folding blades whose function is not only to give light but to ventilate that adapts to the unique shape of the opening. In the upper part a small molding made in cement mortar is placed.-La Punta, 2

The doors are superiorly adapted to the same model of the arcane arch and the opening with the same molding in cement mortar. The door is made of two folding leaves composed of a wooden room with geometric relief decoration and three glass panels. In the upper part there is a glazed upright composed of two folding blades whose function is not only to give light but to ventilate.-La Punta, 2

In one of the lateral facades a door of smaller dimensions is located although of similar characteristics. The height of the door varies to maintain the architectural configuration of the openings in the facade but adapts to the terrain. That is why its diminished vertical length is seen. They are composed of two folding leaves, a wooden panel and one glazed by sheet.-La Punta, 2

The carpentry upstairs is included in the typology of window doors. It is composed like the doors on the ground floor of two parts. The main part of two folding leaves, each with a wooden room and three glazed windows with interior lighthouses. In the upper part there is a glazed upright composed of two folding blades whose function is not only to give light but to ventilate. Delimiting the access area to the outside as a balcony, a small decorative balustrade made of cement mortar is placed.-La Punta, 2

Delimiting at the top the completion of the facade and the beginning of the parapet that delimits the flat roof a cornice is placed horizontally. The cornice is made with a decoration based on curves and countercurves.-La Punta, 2
