Next to the Camino that originally communicated the neighborhood of the Holy Cross, is this unique architectural model within the area. The property was, at the time of its conception, intimately linked to an agricultural production, including the property within what was to be a house-estate. Dated in the twentieth century, the property is composed of inhabited spaces together with agricultural and livestock exploitation areas. |

In general, the property is built on a plant in 'U ' to a height of two floors. The different modules of the property are developed around a courtyard which can only be accessed through an existing portal in the wall of the wall that divides the private area of the public courtyard. The arrangement of the gaps in the public character façade are ordered, while the private character façade is uniquely characterized by having a running balcony. The wall of tapial and the bearing walls of the property are made in masonry, covering the whole with roofs with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure. |
