This property is an example of construction that housed a family, being the most reliable, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with functional schemes clear and precise, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single creak originally. The house is dated in the 18th century.

The original creak corresponding to the one directly related to the street stands on a rectangular floor up to two heights. The walls are made of stone and mud, in which the openings are made in an orderly and symbolic way with respect to the axis of the door. It is important to highlight the modifications or adaptations that the carpenter has undergone throughout its history, where the original carpenter is the one that is preserved on the upper floor, without detracting from the existing one on the ground floor. Inwardly the volume is divided into two floors by a wooden floor. The whole of the property is covered with a cover to four waters on a structure of wood of pair and row, finished off externally with curved tile.

The property is characterized by having a rectangular main facade on two floors high. The arrangement of the openings is neat and symmetrical with respect to the axis of the door. The set is closed superiorly with a cover to four waters of pair and row with curved tile.-La Punta, 13

One of the windows on the ground floor is characterized by its composition in three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called the sill. The central part of the set is made up of two swinging leaves, divided into three rectangular frames. In the upper part there is a glazed upright, which allows the access of light to the interior and after which you can see some lighted leaves.-La Punta, 13

The oldest and original character windows are composed of a sill and two folding leaves. They consist of a very simple and humble design based on a wooden planking, which denotes its original character in accordance with the property's genes.-La Punta, 13

The existing window on the ground floor, as a relationship between the property and the road, is formed by three clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The main and central part of the set is made up of two swinging sheets, divided into several square and rectangular frames. Two of these quarters are made as shutters. In the upper part, the last part is located, a glazed upright, which allows the access of light to the interior and after which you can see some indoor light sheets with the same molding as the exterior ones.-La Punta, 13
