Building currently segregated into two units of different façade characteristics but that share the common origin of this 18th-century construction between medians that occupy a small plot that follows the guidelines of the single-height housing and creaks with the use of construction materials typical of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of simple compositional scheme and without its own decoration. |

Building between rectangular and backyard medians, of a single height with a pair and row wooden roof and four-sided Arabic roof covering. The facade is clearly differentiated into two units, the first pa or shows two door-window openings and is topped by a sill that hides the eave that runs along the front of the other country or facade in which three openings are opened with the window to the center flanked by doors. |
