The building is located at the top of the Hacienda de la Quinta. A few years ago it was home to a commercial use from which the top nimo 'La Perica de Oro ', name of the old bar, derives. |

The original building was rectangular, although throughout the years it has been distorting this with new built-in modules. The main facade of a single height is oriented to the South and there are four openings, while the rear facade appears two heights due to the uneven terrain. |
