Building located on the side of an extensive agricultural plot, was used to house the sharecroppers who work in the adjacent farms, being able to date it at the beginning of the 20th century. |

Rural character building, rectangular and single height and covered with four curved tile waters, with adhesion of a module to the south with a four-water roof, configuring a small interior patio. The north facade presents the opening of two rectangular openings with straight lintel. A new trapezoidal plan and flat roof module has been annexed to the east side. |
