This building located on La Fuente Street, which should have been built at the end of the 18th century at the beginning of the 19th century, is a building of humble condition originally inhabited by workers dedicated to agricultural work in the area, It forms an architectural unit with the adjoining house, but recently it has undergone an important intervention, its exterior physiognomy being completely altered and therefore that of the whole. |

Building of humble condition, of two heights, with rectangular plan, which originally was part of a set of buildings destined to the workers' housing space, forms an architectural unit with the adjoining house, with which it shares a facade, originally configured as two symmetrical pieces in its composition, where the masonry staircase to which it is still preserved appears, and which gives access to the small balcony, which serves the upper floor, both covered, by extending on the vertical of the pairs of the roof, and on these a planking on which the tiles settle. The roofing system is simple, solved by a pair and row wooden structure, with Arabic tile roof. |
