Property dating from the nineteenth century, it is considered a clear example of traditional architecture with the uniqueness of being considered an agricultural complex. This typology of housing rises and originates without a preconceived plan, adapting to the geography of the land, choosing the space to be occupied by it the closest to the farm.



La Era, 1

The facades of a height extend horizontally on a rectangular floor plan, which due to the topographic unevenness of the land and the property's own organization create a stepped facade but with marked horizontality. The treatment of the facades varies according to the main one, the lateral ones or the later ones, observing a greater detail in the execution in the case of the facade adjacent to the path of the Era. The arrangement of the openings lacks order, although if it has a certain logical location, face the door of the main facade to the window of the rear facade and vice versa. The property is topped off with four-water roofs, in the main module, and a water in the rest of the rooms, all of them with curved tiles. The meeting of the roof with the wall is completed by means of a sill that limits the eaves that will protrude from the facade in the cassis the entire perimeter.
