Dated in the late nineteenth or early twentieth century, the property is a construction fruit of mediatorial walls in the old access to the Longuera neighborhood. Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular architecture that is developed in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof with facades of very simple compositional scheme.

The property was originally erected on a rectangular floor by mediating walls of stone and mud, reaching a unique height. Over time the house develops towards the rear on the limits of the ravine with more recent construction techniques. The arrangement of the openings and therefore the composition of its facade is simple, by opening a door and a door-window. The roof is shared with the adjoining buildings, being a sloping roof with two waters of flat tile that is hidden slightly behind a small mason parapet.

The main facade of the property is very simple and humble, composed of a rectangular pa in which two openings for the openings are inferred. The property uniquely shares the gabled roof with flat roofs, partially hidden by a parapet that tops the facade.-La Constitución, 2

One of the carpenters in the main façade is characterized by a two-leaf door window. In the lower part there are some barracks with geometric relief molding. The main part of the set is made up of glass shutters as a guillotine window that allows access to light inside. After the glazed area there are some light covers with the same decoration na base rectangular squares similar to those existing outside. The opening is framed with a flat molding.-La Constitución, 2

The two-leaf door is of elementary construction, based on three rectangular frames arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. The opening is framed with a flat molding.-La Constitución, 2
