Dating back to the 18th century, the single-family building is characterized by the use of techniques, materials and typical forms of the architecture of its time. It is encompassed by its architectural features and its materials within what is to be a rural mud jar architecture of marked rural character despite being currently in an urban environment. This property is an example of agricultural construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of existing farms to the north.

The property is carried out following the typical constructive and formal systems of the rural houses of the time in the Municipality. Raised on a rectangular floor, the building is erected by stone and mud walls to generate a volume of a height. The general volume is made up of two small paired volumes, each with its individual gable cover that are generated by joining a set of saw-shaped covers. The roofs are made using a pair and row structure with curved tiles.

The main facade of the building is oriented to the north and is developed in a single height by means of the composition of two identical units. The facade has a characteristic polygonal shape formed from the union of a rectangular facade and the intersection of it with a gable roof.-La Chillona, 15

The property is characterized by its low volume, the development of two similar adjacent units with gable roofs. In turn, the complex lacks openings, only two doors differing (one in the main facade to the north and one in the east facing) and a window in the west facade (currently missing and covered the opening).-La Chillona, 15

The two modules are characterized by having gable roofs that give it the characteristic shape of a sawtooth. The roof is developed by a wooden structure system called a pair and row covered with crow roof tiles.-La Chillona, 15

The walls are made according to the traditional techniques of the time. The walls are made of stone and mud with the installation of large blocks intertwined in the corners as a supporting structure. The image shows the shape of the wall with the junction with the gable roof.-La Chillona, 15

In the zone of union of the two adjacent skirts the evacuation of the waters is solved by means of a channel n made with curved tile.-La Chillona, 15
