Villa de Los Realejos
- Arquitectura Civil y Doméstica. Arquitectura Doméstica Urbana -

This property is one of the best examples of agricultural construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of the farms that are to the north. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch originally. The house is dated in the eighteenth century early nineteenth century.

Architecturally, the different modules of the building are developed around a courtyard, leaving the various rooms and units linked in a functional way to this open space. The modules attached to the main dwelling are of varying structures and shapes depending on the materials and construction techniques existing at the time of their preparation, but above all depend on within the agricultural complex for the intended use ( animal husbandry, storage, no chores). The main module, with the family rooms of a family, stands on a rectangular floor in two heights. The walls are made by stones and mud covering the whole with a sloping roof with four waters of French or flat tile. The two heights of the module are structurally divided by a wooden floor. The arrangement of the openings is ordered in a functional way depending on the rooms to which they are linked.
