Prototype of a single-family house on one floor, showing a simple facade with side access door through a patio. Dated in the eighteenth century acquires its current appearance in the late nineteenth century. The building is made according to traditional techniques of the moment from load-bearing walls and sloping roof.

At a static level the property shows a sober character, a symbol of the changes that architecture was undergoing in the transition in the eighteenth to nineteenth centuries. The main entrance door to the property is located in the west of the main facade, with direct access to a patio-hall that communicates with the domestic spaces. The property is built on a rectangular floor at a height adapted to the orography of the land through load-bearing walls made of stone and mud. Its facade is rectangular with the arrangement of the openings arranged. The set is covered with a four-water roof with a pair and row wooden structure, finished off with flat roof.

The facade proposes a compositional scheme of the typical house of the municipality with access through a portal n that leads directly to a patio-hall that manages all domestic spaces. The facade presents an orderly arrangement of its openings in a rectangular facade of a height.-La Cartaya, 46

The property being at a crossroads anecdotally has a rounded corner, not ending in an edge as usual. On the facade there is a flat tile eave with a line of teeth made with curved tiles that protrude over the facade line.-La Cartaya, 46

The existing portal on one of the facades gives access to the patio that serves as communication with the spaces of the property. The door consists of two foldable sheets of very rudimentary wood planking without crates or decoration. In the upper part, an opening is opened by way of a post with a lattice of wooden slats.-La Cartaya, 46

The existing windows on the facade that communicates with the vap blica are characterized by being a glazed sash window. The window is finished externally with a flat wooden frame with protrusion in the upper corners.-La Cartaya, 46
