Dated in the eighteenth century, the importance of the property lies in being one of the vestiges of what was once a warehouse for the distribution of grains and other agricultural products in the area of La Cruz Santa. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch. |

The original property that is preserved stands on a rectangular floor at the crossroads of three important roads within the area. The building of a single volume is characterized by being a free and open space generated by heavy stone and mud bearing walls. Its public character façade is characterized by being rectangular of a height, in which a single opening of access to the warehouse has been made. The whole set is covered with a sloping roof with four waters made with a wooden structure of pair and row, all finished externally with curved tile. |
