This building located on La Carrera Street, presents a traditional Canarian architecture, possibly built at the end of the 17th century, it is an agricultural complex, located in an environment dominated by orchards, which in addition to housing the dependencies destined to storage and deposit of products, act as a dwelling place. The original building has known in the following centuries numerous interventions, keeping the main body, in which the whole has been enlarged, remaining as it is presented today. |

It is a building, formed by several terraced bodies, the result of the various expansion interventions carried out, where the main body has been preserved, which shows the building's genes. This is made up of stone and mud load-bearing walls arranged in a single crust, structured in two heights, with a simple roof system, by means of a wooden structure with a four-row wall and row, with the traditional Arabic roof tile. In its facade a series of disorderly openings are executed, executed in those places where they were functional, without taking into account the aesthetic aspect. The ground floor houses the premises for the storage and storage of agricultural products, while on the top floor, it originally housed the residential rooms, which are accessed through an external staircase that connects with the small covered balcony by prolonging the skirt of the roof that serves this plant. |
