The house is dated in the seventeenth century. Historically, the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give useful spaces. Its architectural composition recalls the essence of this style, not only for the materials used, but for the balanced composition of its openings depending on the uses intended by plant.

The property is developed on two floors on a floor in the form of 'L ', leaving a patio in the back. Its facade stands out for the asymmetry of the openings, the quality of its carpenter and the presence of the original lime lining. Through the main access door on the façade you can access a hallway, a hallway that communicates with the backyard. Around the backyard and adapting to the form in 'L ' of the property, a covered corridor is generated on the second floor, which is accessed by a wooden ladder. The building is carried out by means of techniques and materials of the time such as stone and mud walls, covered with four curved tile roofs on a wooden mud jar structure (pair and row) and wood carpentry.

The main square geometric facade is developed reaching two heights. The irregular arrangement of the openings, its carpenter and the lime-based lining are characteristic elements. Superiorly, the property is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs that dislodge the waters towards two Ggogoles that cross the facade.-La Alhóndiga, 19

The existing windows, as a non-connection relationship between the building and the road, are formed by three clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called a sill with decorated frames. The central part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into eight square squares with geometric decoration in relief each of the leaves. The set is finished off in the third zone with a glazed upright in the upper part. It has as a frame a curve and countercurve molding.-La Alhóndiga, 19

The façade, on its upper part and on each side, has wooden ggolas, protruding prominently on the facade line and carved in geometric forms along its entire length, more in detail one of them with geometric decoration in its trace and another of design or zoomorph. On the facade line the roof skirt extends over the vertical, generating a channel eave and blanket on a tooth line.-La Alhóndiga, 19

The portal n of access to the property consists of two folding leaves. Each sheet is made up of twelve square frames with organic relief decoration. Presumably at the top there is a glazed upright. It has as a frame a curve and countercurve molding.-La Alhóndiga, 19
