Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use with a sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. This property is dated specifically in the eighteenth century, being one of the few existing houses on Calle La Alh ndiga. At the beginning of the 20th century, the property belonged to part of the Toste family, a family destined for transport. It has undergone alterations throughout its history that have distorted its facade and original reading.

Originally erected on a rectangular floor, it suffers the adido on one side of a new covered area, the property reaches a unique height through stone and mud walls. The arrangement of the openings in the facade is neat, with a carpenter worked. Stresses the existence in its main facade a cross of the va crucis, mandatory processional stop from the Convent of San Agust n towards the parish of the Concepcion. The set is covered with a roof with three waters of curved tile on a structure of pair and row.

The main facade of the property is developed rectangularly on one floor. It has suffered an inappropriate intervention in the area where the access area to the property has been closed and roofed. The roof is three waters of curved tile on a pair and row structure.-La Alhóndiga, 17

The most modern invoice door consists of a folding leaf with decoration in the form of rectangular embossed frames. Superiorly there is a glazed upright that allows access to the light inside. Existing windows are made up of three parts. The lower part is a fixed wooden sill, the central one composed of two folding leaves with a shutter each as a quarter and a glazed upright with interior light covers. All frames are rectangular with geometric relief motifs. The frame is flat with a decoration of half-celled sockets with embossed and carved squares with circular geometric motifs in the corners. Superiorly, the channel eave and curved tile blanket can be seen on two tooth threads.-La Alhóndiga, 17
