IGLESIA DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN

The Church of Nuestra Sera de la Concepci n presents the typical characteristics of the traditional Canarian churches, it is a three-nave temple, with a Latin cross-shaped plant, which is defined by the different bodies of one and two heights that make up the building. The roof system that it presents is resolved to three and four waters with the traditional Arab roof tile, executed on wooden structures of pair and row, with the exception of the central nave, which has a pair and knuckle structure. In its facades, the three canter portals stand out, in which a semicircular arch is flanked laterally flanked by pilasters and which all have their own solutions of the Plateresque doorways, in addition to the small stone doorway, of trace g Tica with ogee arch with ncavo-convex decoration located on the north facade.

The bell tower, is located on the south facade, is composed of three bodies clearly differentiated by their section and by the cornices of stones that finish them. The first one stands on a quadrangular plant with an ass on each face, which gives way to the second octagonal section body whose main faces, topped by a triangular front, have a half-point opening where the bells are located, and The clock faces appear on them, the third body decreases its section and is covered by a small cell.
