Located in the Tigaiga neighborhood, the property is considered within the category of rural rural homes, which denotes its simple and humble character, as it corresponds to a family dedicated to agricultural work. Due to its morphology, construction systems and characteristics, the property built throughout the 18th century is dated. Originally the house was composed of a single rectangular module with a four-water roof, to which different units have been annexed over time

The property is divided into several modules or rooms, which in its entirety forms a rectangular plan due to the elongated arrangement of the same. The entrance to the property is made through a portal located on one of the sides of the plot, connection point with the Tigaiga square. Having a single access, curiously it does not have a main facade towards some va, in fact what is considered to the rear façade (only in contact with a va) does not have any type of opening. The main facade, more private and interconnected with the farm, does not have a logical order of the openings. The facade is built and organized without a preconceived plan, characterized by having carved stones in the shells in the main module.

Main module of the property where it is characterized by the fact that the main facade is in the most private area. The facade faces north with direct views of the property's estate. The holes are messy, highlighting a small optic covered with a curved roof tile.-Hispanidad, 2

Next to the access door is a wooden cross of humble and simple character, resting on a seat made of chasnera slab.-Hispanidad, 2

Uniquely, the only access to housing is through a wooden portal located at one end of the flat. The carpenter is simple based on wood planks, highlighting the existing steps to access it made in slab chasnera.-Hispanidad, 2

The roofing system is simple and rudimentary, made by means of a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure, protruding on the facade a simple eave (channel and blanket).-Hispanidad, 2
