Passing at the hands of their descendants the Marquises of Villanueva, Here they erected a House u2013Torre from which it takes its name, this tower is no longer recorded but the main house with formal features that could place it in the 18th-19th century even it is being formed together with the building destined to the gans, barns and housing of the workers of the hacienda. |

A group composed of the important building of the area around which the dependencies for barns, barns and mediator houses are located. The main building of two heights and a plant in 'L ' originally. It opens its exterior face to the common areas and in relation to the rest of the hacienda dependencies, reserving the inner courtyard of a more private and west-facing configuration. The rising facade formed on its upper floor by a corridor on right feet and three openings distributed on a regular basis, which is accessed by a staircase of the stretches attached to its south side. While in the North face two openings of straight lintel in upper silver are opened together with an excuse protruding on the vertical of the facade and supported with two right feet.
