This hacienda was the origin of the population center of Toscal-Longera where it is located, its origins can be traced back to the days of the conquest, since its founder Don Francisco de Gorval accompanied the advance Fern ndez de Lugo during the taking of the Island for the crown. This area endowed with abundant irrigation waters meant that it was considered one of the most productive during the 18th century, and since the 16th century the Mayorazgo, thanks to its foundation by Do Juana Grim n, corresponded with the Lineage of the Fish Vergara and Grim n, passing at the hands of the Marquises of Acialc Rzar, subsequently continuing to be exploited in the 17th century by the Marquisate of Mejorada del Campo and Bre a. Once in the nineteenth century, the Mayorazgos are dissolved, the building undergoes various interventions and extensions, inside it there are three fresco paintings by the famous Canarian painter of the twentieth century Francisco Bonn n.

Building set that encompasses the annexation of constructions from the 16th century, until the current disposition, forming a plant in 'U ' open to the East with the protected South façade since it is under the boundaries of the adjacent land. The building dedicated to the tasks of a large-scale agricultural farm, is distributed around the courtyard with the access cover to the east on the west façade, where the different modules that vary from three to three years were annexed. a height, due to the increasing slope of the land, solving the roofs by almost an alignment of the ridge lines generating a continuous and common facade plane throughout this front. The distribution as it corresponds to this type of grouping does not follow any rhythm or compositional axes in the opening of the openings that open in it. While on the north facade supported on a foundation of stone and mortar to generate a common plan of support for all of it, it is solved compositionally with two pieces of three heights at the ends and a large longitudinal module in the center of two heights, which should have housed the noble area of the building, in the center of this composition there is a wooden balcony and covered with three waters with a side access staircase.
