The original building may be dated at the end of the 16th century, the lands on which it belongs to the Grim n Family being originally built, later passed to the Regidor Juan de Gordejuela who ordered the construction of the Augustinian convent. This Treasury was managed by the mendicant religious Order of San Agust n very present in the municipality of Los Realejos, the Treasury taking its name from the testamentary foundation, Patronato, which was used for the construction and support of the Augustinian Order Convent from Los Realejos. After the confiscation of the Church's assets, the lands passed into the hands of the Llarena family. |

Originally the Building was distributed through a plant in 'U ', although currently and due to the different real estate transactions suffered throughout the years one of its wings, the one located to the East, has lost. So the current plant configuration in 'L ' open to the South-East. Due to the slope of the land the building is of a plant in the north slope, obtaining two plants in the wing that opens to the North views. The preserved parts of the original property are those corresponding to the noble parts of it, losing the wing corresponding to domestic units such as kitchens, or pantries. At the moment it does not present original openings in the south face of its walls, appearing on the north facade the double height of the house and the opening of a series of straight lintel spans both on the upper and lower floors. The building resolves its roofs by using curved roof tiles and four and three water configurations. |
