Building dating from the mid-seventeenth century was built by Don Francisco del Hoyo, finally leaving the inheritance linked in 1647 to his brother Don Mart n del Hoyo-Sol rzano and Catalina de Alzola. Subsequently, the successive descendants included the Viscount of the Good Step, Don Crist bal del Hoyo-Sol rzano (1677-762), an arist crata with a mentality more similar to that of the European enlightened nobleman, than that of the cl Arist canary crata. Due to a lawsuit in 1863 between Fernando del Hoyo and the Marqu s widower of San Andr s, property and housing is divided into two by a wall that is still maintained today. |

Building of two heights and with plant in L opening the patio to the South. In this courtyard, the creak to the north of lesser height houses a corridor with handrail and wooden carcasses resting on right feet which is accessed by an external wooden staircase. The main facade of access oriented to the East maintains a regular composition of opening of straight lintel openings where it is possible to highlight the main cover that gives direct access to the patio and on which a small niche is located. The roof of the wing located to the East, which is the one with the highest height, is solved by four waters with curved roof covering finished off in an eave of shingles. The one located in the North is covered with four waters with the extension of the skirt over the old wooden corridor. The building has other annexed buildings for the accommodation of the mediators who work on the farm, resulting also in interest located on the northwest edge of the farm currently in a state of abandonment. |
