The Hacienda de Los Jardines de Castro, is a magnificent example of traditional Canarian architecture. It is formed by a series of buildings, which are located behind a stone wall covering the property, where two covers are located, the one corresponding to the service area, and the crenellated main door that gives way to the main residence. It presents a plant in the form of 'U ' developed around a cobbled patio, which opens to the south. On the east side there are the wineries, with a pair of four-row row and row roof with the traditional Arab roof tile. To the west, we find the hermitage of San Ildefonso, blessed in 1852, and the main residence, of one and two heights, which has an interesting wooden gallery towards the patio, supported by right feet, closed on a platform, formed by a mixed sill of turned quarters and balusters, and the area of glazed openings, in addition, this gallery is covered by prolonging the skirt of the general roof, also resolved to four waters with the traditional Arab roof tile. In the northern part of the courtyard there are two traditional wineries, which share a roof.
