The hacienda of Pires presents a traditional Canarian mud jar architecture, which is configured in two heights, presenting a plant in the form of 'L ' that opens to the north, where a gallery is closed in mamposter with sash windows, supported by right feet, which runs through the first creak. The south façade is composed in an orderly manner of a series of openings, three windows and a small access door being located on the ground floor, while on the noble floor four sash windows with blind masonry sills are placed. The east side facade, shows the two bodies that make up the property, located in the one of smaller volume the dependencies destined to the service. To access the upper floor, the house has an internal staircase in addition to two exteriors, which connect, one with the gallery that serves the housing units, and another that gives access to the service area. Topping the vertical that surrounds the building, it presents on the outside an eave formed by triple row of tiles resulting from the prolongation of the roof's skirt, resolved to four waters with Arabic tile, solution applied in each body, while that inside the vertical wall is topped with a wooden eave resulting from the prolongation of the supporting structure of the roof, on which the canal and blanket roof tiles fly.
