This Hacienda located on Calle El Jard n, more than two hundred years old, belonged to the Marquis of Florida, stands framed by an agricultural environment, passing through one of its sides, the path of Burgado, the complex is formed by different bodies, which originally housed the necessary dependencies for the development of the agricultural exploitation, being equipped with a warehouse, house, mediator's house, as well as the main dwelling. In addition to having suffered a fire, it has undergone numerous interventions, receiving in its main body, a static transformation of ecological influence in the nineteenth century, leaving behind traditional architecture. Recently it has been converted into a rural hotel, an agricultural farm is currently being developed on this farm. |

Set of buildings of one and two heights, formed by a main body with a plant in the form of 'L ', which has an open courtyard to the east, the remaining buildings corresponding to the winery, ga an a, house of the Mediator, in addition to a small chapel of recent construction dedicated to the Virgin of Loreto, all of them currently forming part of the facilities of the rural hotel. The roofing system is simple, with different roofs in each of the bodies, leaving the cellar topped by a four-water roof with Arabic tile, executed on a wooden structure of pair and row, while the rest of the modules are n currently resolved by flat roofs. The main house, has an architecture of ecological influence, being the only body that reaches both heights due to the orography of the land and as evidenced by its north facade, presents simple decorative features, such as the Cartesian order of its openings in the different facades, in addition to the incorporation of ornamental elements that finish off its front, in which there is a concrete balustrade with pilasters crowned by flowers. |
