This property is an example of agricultural construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of the farms and included in the category of property. Located in the lower part of San Agust n (former loin of San Sebasti n), the estate limited several of the most important roads of the time, roads that crossed the coast with the lands of Juan de Gordejuela and the lands linked to the Seven Sources County. It takes its characteristic name for the existence of an imposing dragon that dominates the views of the place. The most important thing, apart from its typical use as a farm in a land destined to the cultivation of the vine and later of the banana, is that historically the property is included within a traditional architecture with an intimate relationship between its form Unique architecture and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and create a volume. The house is dated in the seventeenth century. |

The Property is originally defined on an L-shaped plant, organized along an access path to the different units. The property is built on a floor in the main and auxiliary modules, but due to the terrain orography, the west façade is staggered as the different modules of the most modern bill have been built. The construction is done based on stone walls and mud height under sloping roofs four curved tile waters. The most recent invoice modules between the original module and the access cover to the south are made with more modern materials, with sloping roofs to a curved tile water and flat roofs. The façade presents an orderly composition of the openings made of wood, highlighting in its north facades, with views of the sea and the dragon tree, the windows with seats of ri onera. The access to the plot is done through a rustic cover. Inside, the hacienda has several models of four-water roofs, where there are specimens of a pair and row structure with roof tile and crawler and row structures with planking. |
