Building of marked agricultural character as it was the unit of residence of the winners that worked this estate that is dated to the seventeenth century, built by Don Francisco del Hoyo in 1645 and was subsequently held by Don Mart n del Hoyo -Sol Rzano and Catalina de Alzola in the year 1647. From that moment on, it went to the hands of their respective descendants, among which the Viscount of Buen Paso, who was one of the most daring defenders of free expression that produced the intelligentsia Canary between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The property is divided in two, because of a lawsuit that occurred in 1863 between Fernando del Hoyo and the widowed Marquis of San Andr s, emerging from this division the Finca del Viscount and Bab n. |

Building of marked agricultural character housing inside the winners who were dedicated to the tillage of the farm. Construction of a rectangular floor of two heights with a sloping roof to a water. The interior is divided into two levels, the upper one is intended for the location of farm animals and the lower one for the collection of manure for later use. The South Facade has two small openings for the entry of light, on the east façade there is an alpende and the door that gives entry to the building and on the west façade on the lower level there is a bay that houses a two-leaf door . |
