Building located at the beginning of God Nez Street, which crosses the ravine of the same name and joins the Realejo Alto and El Bajo centers, is constituted by the annexation of constructions of different construction dates, where the part of Greater importance and located to the South can be included in the buildings erected during the 18th century, which formed the residential unit adjacent to the historic center of the Church of Santiago Ap stol.

The building that occupies us is the one formed by the modules located to the south, since they were able to form the initial plant. The steep slopes towards the edge of the ravine of God nez caused the building to be distributed in two modules of different heights two and one respectively, forming a plant in 'L ' open to the South and with wooden armor covers to four and two waters covered with Arabic tile. The main module is aligned with the street, having the entrance level at the second height and articulating a simple composition of two openings in the facade. In the back it still has a covered balcony from where the second module should have been accessible by descending an external staircase that communicates the backyard that still maintains the building.
