This construction located at the beginning of God Nez Street, which crosses the ravine of the same name and joins the Realejo Alto and El Bajo centers, can be included within the buildings erected during the 18th century, forming a residential unit adjacent to the n cleo hist rico of the Church of Santiago Ap stol. The construction of a purely urban character has undergone various alterations that detract from its formal arrangement.



Building that should be originally made up of a rectangular plan aligned to the street, with a single creak and two heights. Accessing it through a central hall housing a backyard with access stairs to the upper floor. The front that opens to the road consists of three vertical development axes with the three-by-three correspondence with the access portal as the main axis, (altered by the new inclusion of a larger garage door). The roof is resolved in the traditional way by means of a pair and row wooden structure and four-sided Arabic roof covering with a two-threaded eave.
