Dating at the beginning of the 20th century, it follows the guidelines of a popular eclecticism. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built between medians. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Originally the property was built on a rectangular floor, although it currently has more recent annexes. With these more recent interventions the plant is transformed into a square plant. The house is developed on a floor with a rectangular facade where the distribution of the openings is arranged according to a preconceived and symmetrical scheme with respect to the axis of the door. The walls are made according to traditional masonic techniques, closing the complex with a three-story roof of curved tile hidden behind a parapet. The rest of the annexed covers of recent realization are flat. Stresses the original wood carpenter and the interior floors of hydraulic slab.

The property has a rectangular facade with an orderly and symbolic arrangement of the openings, a window, a window door and a door. The facade dominates the lines of the cornice and the parapet, which together with the rectangular shape of the facade generates horizontal lines only broken by the vertical arrangement of the openings.-García Estrada, 51

On the facade there is a window door composed of two parts. It is made with two folding blades with a fixed base in the lower and upper part with geometric relief decoration. The central part is made up of glazed guillotine leaves as shutters with interior lightings. In the upper part a small molding made in cement mortar is placed.-García Estrada, 51

The main access door to the property is framed with a flat molding, located at the top, made of cement mortar with very simple and rich lines. In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of which in turn consists of two rectangular squares arranged vertically and one square. It is topped off with a glazed upright.-García Estrada, 51

The window is composed of two glazed swinging leaves and a wooden room in the lower part with two inner lid sheets. The decoration in the quarters, lids and sticks is of geometric relief motifs. It has a flat frame without decoration in cement mortar.-García Estrada, 51
