Located between the disappeared House of Ramiro Rosado and the House of Felipe Siverio, the building stands on part of the old single of the Augustinian convent at the end of the 19th century. The convent of San Juan Bautista built by Juan de Gordejuela in 1610, convent destroyed by a fire in 1806 and confiscated in the thirties of that century. Building located on a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use with a sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme.

It is a simple rectangular building with a rectangular facade of a height. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. It is erected by stone and mud walls, covering the whole with a sloping roof with two curved tile waters on a pair and row structure. The formation of the roof cannot be seen from the public vault due to the parapet placed on the upper part of the facade.

The main facade of the property is characterized by being a country or rectangular in a unique height. The arrangement of the openings in orderly, with a door in the center with two windows on the sides. The set is covered with a gable roof that is imperceptible from the public vault, since it is hidden from view behind a parapet.-García Estrada, 5

The window is composed of two swinging leaves divided into three quarters (two glazed and one made of wood) with two interior light sheets decorated with the same decoration in their quarters as those existing outside. It is little worked, presenting modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. The door is two sheets of elementary construction, based on two rectangular squares arranged vertically.
