The compositional simplicity and figurative abstraction of the property where there is a measured classicism, without ornamentation on the facade, but with a curious design that gives it a sense of proportionality that has been broken today by an inappropriate intervention. Built between medians, being able to date in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In this way, it incorporates greater artistic achievements in the facade thanks to the use of reinforced concrete, which generates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

This simple house of a height on a rectangular floor distributes its windows and doors carefully through an axis of symmetry (originally). All the decorative interest is concentrated on the facade with a clearly horizontal design marked by the cornice and the parapet, only interrupted by the vertical arrangement of the openings. The gaps repeat the same symmetrical arrangement with respect to the axis of the facade (broken by the incorporation of a garage) framed by a kind of molded frame made of cement mortar. It has a flat roof flat roof supported by a concrete structure n. Stresses the original wood carpenter and interior floors of hydraulic slab.

Situación

Originally the building was built by erecting a rectangular facade with an orderly and symbolic arrangement of the openings, two windows and a door. This characteristic has been severely altered with the incorporation of a larger bay to include a garage. The facade dominates the lines of the cornice and the parapet, which together with the rectangular shape of the facade generates horizontal lines only broken by the vertical arrangement of the openings.-García Estrada, 49

The main access door to the property is framed with a flat molding made of cement mortar with very simple and rich lines. In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of which in turn consists of two rectangular squares arranged vertically and one square. It is topped off with a glazed upright.-García Estrada, 49

The window is composed of two glazed swinging leaves and a wooden room in the lower part with two inner lid sheets. The decoration in the quarters, lids and sticks is of geometric relief motifs. It has a flat frame without decoration in cement mortar.-García Estrada, 49
