Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developing since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use With an inclined roof of Arabic tile with facades of a very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the access door and windows to its flanks. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century. The house was originally built on the rough from which the street originally takes its name, being affected in the fifties by the remodeling and lowering of the level of the road giving more height to the openings. Recently it has suffered alterations in the dimensions of the openings, although the traces of its original dimensions can be appreciated.

It is originally built on a square plant, becoming a rectangular plant, including a roof gallery in the back and the creation of new annexed buildings. It is erected through traditional walls of stone and mud, covering the whole with a roof inclined to three curved tile waters on a wooden structure called pair and row. The property is characterized by its facade composition with two windows and a door, of balanced original composition, the carpenter being replaced by a more modern bill. For the adaptation of the new carpenter, the dimensions of the openings have been altered, not their disposition.

The main façade adapted to the orography of the land is developed in a rectangular plan with an organized and logical arrangement of the openings according to the interior units. The roof is made of three curved tile waters on a pair and row wooden structure.-García Estrada, 47

On the rectangular floor of the building, the roof is covered with a roof with three curved tiles on a wooden structure with a pair and row. The walls are made of stones of various sizes and shapes joined together by mud. The creation of an eave that flies over the facade line is appreciated. Although the carpenter is not original as well as the size of the openings, its arrangement is, presenting an interesting symmetry with respect to the central axis. As with the windows, the openings have been altered to adapt them to the new carpenter. The door is made of a folding leaf composed of rectangular frames with geometric relief decoration. Superiorly there is a glazed upright.-García Estrada, 47
