Dated in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries is a prototype of traditional housing. It follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of an inclined roof of Arabic tile with Facades of very simple compositional scheme, usually by placing openings marked by the access door and window to its flank. Throughout history the property undergoes transformations in its original plant through the creation of modern invoice building volumes.

The original building is built on a square floor by stone and mud walls, reaching a unique height. On the facade stands out the openings arranged logically from carpinter to original. The set is covered with a roof inclined to three waters of curved tile on a structure of pair and row of wood. The cover is hidden from view after a small parapet.

The facade developed on one floor is rectangular with an orderly and logical arrangement of the openings according to the interior units. A small parapet is located superiorly that prevents the view of the sloping roof.-García Estrada, 33

In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of which in turn consists of three rectangular frames.-García Estrada, 33

When placing a parapet on the original facade, a thin thickness sill is generated. To facilitate the evacuation of the waters over this area, a channel is made that redirects the waters. The roof is made of three curved tile waters on a pair and row wooden structure.-García Estrada, 33

The existing window is formed by two swinging leaves, divided into four frames. Three of these quarters are made of glass, which allow access to light inside and in the lower part a rectangular quarter with geometric relief decoration.-García Estrada, 33
