It represents one of the most interesting examples in San Agust n of rationalist architecture, dated at the beginning of the 20th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, architecture in the Canary Islands was immersed in different languages with multiple decorative and formal influences with academic, historicist and regionalist compositions. The avant-garde of the beginning of this century resulted in the creation of a new language. Rationalism, which lacks superfluous ornamentation with pure lines and a tendency to abstraction of forms and volumes, is incorporated into the new architectural models, starting from the new facade compositions until reaching the spatial conception of the new buildings.

The model is developed from a rectangular facade of a single floor in which the access door is projected as the main axis, constituting the principle generating order and distribution of the plant. In this way, the plant adopts with its shape in 'L ' a spacious backyard as a patio, as an intercommunication between the house and the rear farm. On the outside, the uniqueness of the building is evident due to the combination of a modern composition of armed concrete dressed with classicist elements, product of rationalist tastes. The main facade is preceded by a rectangular frontispiece on a rectangular cornice, as a portal n the main door is framed with two padded pilasters. There are three windows highlighted by the use of worked wood, set back with respect to the facade and decorated with colored crystals that give polychrome light. The roofs are made flat perimeter marked by a parapet. Inside, the hydraulic slab floors stand out.

The facade of marked rectangular character of a height is characterized by its moderation and rationality, it is only broken by the frame of the access door. The access door is highlighted imitating padded pillars. The orderly arrangement of the openings, the wooden carpentry and the parapet of the roof are geometric and straight lines.-García Estrada, 32

The facade is topped off by a decorated sill. It is made with a cornice and a sill with decoration na curve molding and countercurve mode with flat stripes. Openings are placed every certain distance that are repeated from the central axis of the door.-García Estrada, 32

On the facade line it stands out powerfully for its volumetr a rich sculpture the frontis. The set is a clear example of an ecliptic decoration, the frontis of rectangular shape being topped with the cornice that decorates the entire sill and flanked by two pilasters.-García Estrada, 32

The window joiner as a singular and original element is divided into two elements or parts. On the one hand the window composed of two folding leaves where in the lower part there is a quarter with relief geometric molding and the upper part which is divided into glazed quarters. The glazed part stands out for its composition based on crystals of different types and colors that, when crossed by the light, generate a polychrome interior illumination. Inside, the set is finished off with light covers that repeat the same decoration as the sill. Finally, as a last element, there is a false eaves of a channel and blanket, which, although not available on the roof, has the function of protecting the bay from precipitation.-García Estrada, 32
