Located in Garc a Estrada, the property presumably belonged to a small owner or merchant in the area, being built between the 17th and 18th centuries. Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular architecture that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and common use No sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme.

The original property is built on a square floor on two floors, with more modern bill buildings in the back. The main facade of the building is built in masonry of heterogeneous stones with mud as mortar. The arrangement of the openings is messy on the main facade. The set is divided into heights internally by means of a wooden alfarje and the whole set is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure.

The property is erected on two floors generating a square main facade in which the opening of 3 openings of marked character is highlighted. It is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs. Due to the characteristics of the property, the materials, etc., denote the non-originality of the carpenter a.-García Estrada, 23

At the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional but timeless or more modest set compared to the rest of the property. The door is made in a folding leaf, with rectangular frames arranged vertically and horizontally.-García Estrada, 23

The window of doubtful originality is divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding composed of a quarter. The upper part is made up of two glazed folding leaves. The set is finished with a flat frame. The presence of a channel eave and blanket can be seen on a line of teeth.-García Estrada, 23
