Presumably the property was part of the existing one next to Garc a Estrada 20. It is erected occupying a small plot, following the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on an axis of symmetry marked by the access door and windows to its flanks. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century. |

The building is organized on a square floor (the oldest part, while the rest of the aggregates make the original roof pass from square to rectangular) obtained from load-bearing walls perpendicular to the facade, customary in the traditional architecture of the little. The main facade has an ordered distribution of its openings according to the vertical scheme of the property on two floors. The roof in the oldest module is four-way. |
