Building located on Garc a Estrada street, formerly Las Toscas de San Agust n, stands occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the door of access and windows to its flanks. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century.

The original building stands on a rectangular floor of a unique crunch, through stone and mud walls reaching a height. The openings are ordered on the facade and the whole of the property is covered with a four-tile roof covering a pair and row structure.

The main facade of the property is rectangular in general, although when it adapts to the orography of the land, it acquires a polygonal shape. It has two openings and a four-story roof of curved tiles.-García Estrada, 20

The two-leaf elemental construction door is each composed of two rectangular squares arranged vertically. The upper quarter is glazed allowing the passage of light into the interior, using to cover them two cover sheets. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n.-García Estrada, 20

The window as a singular and original element is divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called a sill with geometric relief molding consisting of two frames. The upper part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into six glazed quarters that allows interior lighting. Inside the windows are complemented by two lids with frames decorated with geometric relief motifs similar to the exterior. The set is finished with a flat frame.-García Estrada, 20

On the rectangular floor of the main building, a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row wooden structure is made to cover the whole. Overhanging a simple channel eave and shelter on a tooth line on the facade.-García Estrada, 20
