Erected by the initiative of the Antonio Hern ndez Gonz lez Pharmacist and projected in a measured ecological language by the architect Pelayo L pez Mart n u2013 Romero, it could be dated in the twenties of the twentieth century. The property borders on the south with the convent pond, where the waters of the convent and the water community are collected, of which Antonio Hern ndez owned. Architect Pelayo L pez Mart n u2013 Romero was characterized by oscillating between regionalism and abandonment of static approaches by attracting the new possibilities that the new constructive techniques offered. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates greater artistic achievements in the facade thanks to the use of reinforced concrete, which generates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The building is built on a square floor, reaching two heights by using modern materials such as reinforced concrete and cement mortar. The arrangement of the openings in its main facade are ordered, with a decoration in shallow facade. The presence on the upper floor of a covered terrace stands out powerfully, openings composed of two paired windows and separated by a square section pillar, the existence of cornices that mark the heights and a parapet with strips of mamposter balusters a. The commercial area is located on the ground floor and the house on the upper floor, the floors interconnected by a staircase, which in turn gives access to the flat roof. The main facade of the property is characterized by being rectangular and developed in two heights. It has a shallow decoration, with an orderly compositional rhythm of the openings, highlighting the existing covered terrace in a corner of the second floor. On the upper deck there is a tower n that houses the staircase that connects the different floors. Lateral perspective of the property where the existing covered terrace is observed on the second floor. The terrace through doors communicates with the bedrooms and the stairs.
