The geographical division of the La Torre and the Roque hacienda is made up of the Dornajo ravine, a ravine in which several springs of water are located, so at the mouth of the latter, during the 19th century it is decided to build some infrastructures capable of retaining leftover water for irrigation and reusing these, elevating them by means of the new mechanical means produced during the industrial revolution. |

The accumulator located in the East part with a mamposter wall to parapet the vertical of the ravine, next to the South the machine room of rectangular plant and two large openings, and closing a form of 'L ' the part of the attached dependencies . |
