This two-storey building located on El Sol Street, shares constructive characteristics with the houses erected in the late eighteenth century, in which a backyard and the use of roofs with wooden structure and roof covering Essence mud jar tiles were common among them. Throughout the years, various interventions have varied in their original appearance. Currently, its asymmetrical distribution façade is one of the most affected. |

This house of two heights, presented in its beginnings a rectangular plant with a single creak, to which buildings have been annexed in its backyard. The main facade stands on the street level, since the stone platform on which its walls are located has a greater height, in it the four openings corresponding to the VPPV ground floor are opened in an asymmetric way, in the plant upper three openings arranged with pictorial decoration on their false rails. The front is topped by a parapet, with the representative decoration of geometric elements, which conceals the wooden structure cover and four-sided Arabic roof covering. |
